When will you select the entries?
During the month of September 2006.
Only the selected photographers will be notified by the 15th of October 2006. [TOP]

If I am selected, when do I have to send you the high res. scans? :
By the 31st December 2006.

Is there an entry fee?
No, entry is free.

How many images can I submit?
You can submit between a minimum of 5 images to a maximum of 20 images.

Will I be notified if i am not selected?
Unfortunately only the selected photographers will be notified, however you will receive a login username and password to Gomma Admin where you will be able to access further information about the entries.

Can I send you the images through the post?
We prefer to receive submissions through email, however you can send your prints to:

Can I send you my website link for consideration?
You still need to formally submit your work but you can add your website address to your submission.

I am under 18 years of age, can I still submit?
If you are under 18 please enclose with the photographs your parent or guardian's permission with the photographs.
Only postal submissions will be accepted from under 18s. [TOP]

What is a model release form?
A model release form is a binding contract between the photographer and the subject(s) of the photograph.
Laws regarding privacy and model releases vary from country to country, however it is always advisable to obtain model releases from the photographed subjects.

When do I send a model release form?
You do not need to send us the model releases, however you will be asked to provide them if any problem should arise in the future.
Gomma Magazine is in no way responsible for any consequences that might arise.

Will you send me a confirmation e-mail when you receive my submission?
Yes, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, together with the login username and password
for Gomma Admin.

You can download a ZIP with all model release forms from Gomma Portal.

What's the Gomma Admin?
It's a section of Gomma V3 that requires a login password and that publishes information
related to :
photographers that have submitted work,
potential advertisers,
partners,
collaborators,
internal staff.
The username and password needed to login is sent by us.

Can I receive the login details for Gomma Admin?
Normally you cannot request these username and passwords.
Login details are sent if you:
submit photographs for Gomma Magazine,
submit to Gomma Featured Photographer,
intend to advertise,
become a collaborator or a partner.
